While travel was on hold through much of 2020 and 2021 we focussed our efforts on building the fastest, smartest and most personal service in travel, rolling out a new UK breaks platform so people could have a great holiday without flying overseas, and building a completely new and flexible refund system to ensure that when our customers went on holiday again they could book with maximum flexibility.
