Zafiro Hotels is that the name chosen by Bartomeu Plomer for his hotels from 2017.The new Zafiro Hotels brand was born after the reorganization of Viva & Vanity Hotels after control passed right down to subsequent generation of the family. The brand is inspired by the 5-star Zafiro Palace Alcudia Hotel which opened in 2015.
