Kork Ease was born in Brooklyn, New York, with the debut of the original cork wedge sandal. The natural, organic simplicity of our designs soon embodied the free flowing, earthy fashion of the late 1960s, and Kork Ease took center stage once again in the 1970s, with the iconic platform wedge that became a lasting symbol of the disco era.
